Draft notice
These Terms of Service are a working draft for JobBase. They are provided for transparency during pilot use and must be reviewed by qualified Danish counsel before JobBase v1.0. Do not rely on this text as final legal advice.
Contracting party
JobBase is offered by Krata Systems (CVR 46473507), Bogfinkevej 4, 3650 Ølstykke, Denmark.
In these Terms, "Krata Systems" means the provider and "JobBase" means the cloud software service made available at jobbase.app and related applications.
Service description
JobBase is a software-as-a-service platform for trade and field-service businesses, including customer records, jobs, inventory, invoicing, team coordination, and related operational tools.
Features may change as the product evolves. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability; we aim to minimise disruption for paying customers when maintenance is planned.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your organisation's accounts.
You must not misuse the service (for example: unlawful content, attempting to breach security, interfering with other customers, or reselling access without agreement).
Data protection
Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data when you use JobBase. Where you upload customer or employee data, you are typically the data controller for that content and Krata Systems acts as a processor, subject to applicable law and any data processing terms we offer.
Fees
Pricing shown on the marketing site or in-product applies when billing is enabled. Fees, trials, and payment terms will be confirmed before charges apply to your organisation.
Intellectual property
Krata Systems retains rights in the JobBase software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in data you submit. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use JobBase for your internal business purposes while your subscription or pilot access is active.
Liability
To the extent permitted under Danish law, Krata Systems's aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to fees paid by you for JobBase in the twelve months before the claim, except where mandatory law (including consumer protection rules) does not allow such limitation.
We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or loss of data except where caused by our gross negligence or intent.
Termination
You may stop using JobBase and request account closure through support channels. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or legal requirement, with notice where reasonable.
Upon termination, export features (where available) should be used before deletion windows described in the Privacy Policy or your agreement.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-product, by email, or on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Danish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Disputes should first be raised with us using the contact details below. Courts in Denmark have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
